Refund policy

Quality issue? We'll gladly accommodate returns for products that have a quality issue only, within 14 days on all products that have not been used and are in the same original packaging that you received it. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an item with a quality issue. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order number.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that you will need to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in its original package will be subject to a partial refund of 70% of the cost of the Corporate Skeleton order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations: We will only be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed we are unable to proceed with the cancellation request.

Return Disclaimers:

  1. Refunds: Our apparel is printed on demand (POD), which means that each item is printed as the order comes in. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns unless there is a clear quality issue.
  2. Return shipping costs: If there is a quality issue, customers are responsible for return postage costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
